Shipping options

  • Standard Shipping (USA & UK)
    Delivered in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
    Tracking number sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
⏰ During busy periods (holidays, sales) carriers may take a little longer. We’ll always ship from our side as fast as possible.

Handling & processing time

Every order is carefully prepared, tested one more time, and packed securely.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 8PM are processed the next business day.
  • No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your
tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from the
“Track your order” page.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a case.
  • Then email us at hello@snapcraft.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged).
We’ll do our best to help you and make sure you either receive your camera or get a solution that feels fair. 💗
