Are the cameras fully tested?

Yes. Every camera is carefully tested for power, lens, flash, zoom, screen,
buttons, and memory card before we list it.
If anything doesn’t work as described, you’re covered by our
30-day return policy.

What comes in the box?

Each listing mentions exactly what’s included, but most cameras come with:
battery, charger or charging cable, and strap.
Some models include extra goodies like cases or memory cards.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery normally takes around 2–5 business days
for USA & UK.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your
tracking link. You can also track it anytime from our
Track your order page.

What if I change my mind?

No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date
to return your camera.
Just email us at hello@snapcraft.shop
with your order number and we’ll send you the return steps.

My camera arrived damaged, what now?

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
and packaging. We’ll either replace the camera (if we have a similar one)
or issue a full refund once the return is processed.

Can I reserve a specific camera?

Because most cameras are one-of-a-kind, we can’t hold items for long without
an order. If you’re unsure about a model, send us a message and we can share
extra photos or details to help you decide quickly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments via SumUp (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay,
Google Pay, and more). All payments are encrypted and handled by our
payment provider.
